Even though I hated it when I was younger, salami is slowly becoming my favorite lunch meat. It's still looks pretty disgusting, but it taste interesting. After that, it would probably be ham.

I just bought hormel all natural deli sliced honey ham- it was great. Normally I'm not much of a deli sandwich type of girl, but it beats making sometime different for myself when my kids are eating sandwiches.

Eckrich Minced Round... Good cold or even heated (different flavor). Next would be ham - I prefer boiled, but many of the boneless hams sold make GREAT sandwiches sliced about 1/4-1/2" think.
