Like New Orleans after Katrina, in sections away from the Superdome. Local thugs took over, and even the cops wouldn't enter their territory until NG came in to assist. Even in the Superdome itself, considerable violence ensued, rape, battery, robbery, ... That's New Orleans without the NOPD around. Other places would probably be more civilized, but NO is an example of a primitive culture on the brink of self-destruction.

The police and prison only go so far back. Society was a system of small closely knit communities that were highly supportive of one another and suspicious of outsiders. But in the high population of today the military would have to move in and take over, society could not adjust well.

Heaven? No really, even I understand the need for (honest) cops in the world. it would fall into disrepair, rape, murder, etc etc would be common.

i think there should be cops but only for the bad crimes. i dont think that they should arrest someone over weed. that is just wrong when they put all the people in jail for weed and the rapers and murders are still out there. you get 5-10 yrs for a few pounds of weed and only 5-10 for rape. how fair is that. you get the same time for weed as you would if you went out and raped someone. hell i know someone who is doing life for selling weed and people who rape done get life. how fair is that.
