No way, they may need help and support, and we should give it. But steping in to manage thier affairs is going to far.

It depends on what you mean by step-in, and also which third world countries you are referring to.

A lot of 'em are pretty incompetent, but stepping in is as likely to lead to Somalia or Iraq as it is to Bosnia.
