Christians, Do you/Have you used a ouija board? Do you think of it as disobedience to the Bible?

I have never and would never use a Ouiji board. All forms of occultism, including Oijia boards, are strictly prohibited in Scripture. It's not just disobedient, it's very dangerous.

I have used a Ouija Board prior to being saved. I started out as a pagan and was deep into witchcraft. The Ouija board is very real, and very dangerous. Sure there are people who fake it, or never have anything happpen. But then there are the other instances. I will NEVER again go near one, and I thank God for delivering from all that crap and for His providence in that I didn't get what I deserved.

I played with one as a kid before I knew better. Catholic Church teaches: All forms of divination are to be rejected: recourse to Satan or demons, conjuring up the dead or other practices falsely supposed to "unveil" the future. Consulting horoscopes, astrology, palm reading, interpretation of omens and lots, the phenomena of clairvoyance, and recourse to mediums all conceal a desire for power over time, history, and, in the last analysis, other human beings, as well as a wish to conciliate hidden powers. They contradict the honor, respect, and loving fear that we owe to God alone. One time when I was a young girl a neighbors daughter brought one over and all of my sisters and brother and I sat with her, we just thought it was a game, then my eldest sister scrached the side of the screen window and scared all of us about out our wits, we were all screamming, my mother came in and had the neighbors daughter take it out of our home and said not to bring it back, we did not believe in having things like that (they even went to church with us, but I think they also just thought it a game. Never seen one again & don't want to. Yes, I do believe it's against God, just like other things to do with demons, witches, magic ect...

No I have never used the ouija board and I don't intend to. And yes ofcourse its a disobedience to the bible, Your messing with something that should never be messed with.

I think we had one when I was a kid, but it never worked properly. It's not only disobedience, but a dangerous psychotronic device. Without proper safeguards, it can open up portals that normal people cannot close, and allow beings through who don't necessarily have to leave without a fight.
