I doubt that there will be any humans left in 3010 - either we'll be extinct, or we'll have transcended our biological limitations and effectively be "living as" (i.e. computed by) machines, together with our purely artificial intelligences. It is hard to imagine how this transformation would change our goals and desires. But I guess for fun I would name them the Terminators on planet Skynet. If there was any need for government, or if I HAD to govern humans, the government would be limited constitutional technocracy / meritocracy - effectively like modern limited constitutional democracies except leaders and legislators would be chosen or at least filtered by the ability to prove intelligence and capability in various tests, with frequent reviews.

Planet Incredible! Populated by what else Incredibles! Pure Democracy because everyone is required to vote on every issue effecting them! My first act would be to demand foreign aid from Earth just like israel does! Are they going to support this world or not? I did report back to Earth and I received no response as of yet! It seems I can't even leave a message!
