It depends who is doing the asking! To yourself then yes you have hurt them even though they do not realise.

Yes I think it would still be said that you have hurt him because you have a big hidden secret from him and he doesn't know. Wouldn't you want to know if he cheated on you? How would you feel if he was hidding it from you and he decided not to tell you because he wouldn't think you would find out? I know that would hurt me a lot.

Yes because it will effect your relationship no matter what. You will always have the knowledge and subconsciously it will effect the way you act/talk with them.

A secret like that or any secret will hurt your relationship. It changes the whole dynamic of the relationship. And whith that change comes pain to your significant other. They will see the change in you and will not understand why and it will hurt them. Plus secrets have a funny way of not staying secrets for long.
