  • you might. Good question... If I were you I would just find out the penalty and if it is easy enough to take care of, get it the hell out of your concience.
  • Best bet take care of your problem before you go renew your license
  • Probably not. However, the police department does monitor license renewals in order to obtain address information on wanted individuals - so while they may not come arrest you on the spot, they WILL come arrest you at your home a few days later. Same exact thing happened to me. I'd been running from a warrant for over a year, and the cops were at my door just a few days after I renewed my license. Why don't you just go surrender yourself at the sherrif's office? What's the charge?
  • You may not be immediately arrested, but a flag may be placed on your ability to secure a drivers license.
  • No. Missouri license bureaus do not have access to Missouri MULES system (wants and warrants).
  • You would in Dekalb County GA. Apparently Missouri County is weak.
  • No way, I worked in one for 12 years. We do not use the MULES system that law enforcement uses. As long as your DL is not revoked or suspended you can renew with no problem. We got asked this questions many times. You'll be fine just don't let it expire more than 6 months or you'll have to re-test.
