How do you feel when someone tells you to have a nice day?

I don't pay any attention, because it is something being said automatically. It doesn't mean anything to me.

I remember in Fifth Element when he is starting his taxi run and the car says Have a nice day and he is like alright whatever.

You can usually tell if they mean it. If someone says it, I thank them. If they are saying it as a canned response, I usually reply in my fun loving way with a comment like "wow, now that you've said that, I really think I will, thanks".

Its depends on the tone of their voice. If they say it very dull and soft i feel like they are just following the normal routine. however it seems genuine and that the person really means it i feel appreciative.

It's a meaningless phrase like 'Goodbye' which means 'God be with you', which isn't what people mean when they say 'Goodbye.' Sometimes I feel like telling them 'Don't tell me what kind of day to have!'

If they are honest i feel really good but if its out of compromise i don't feel anything.

That they probably don't mean it, when they do I would give them a "real" smile and wish the same for them and probably a hug for luck, lol.

I always say "you too" right back, in the same exact candy sweet suffocating tone they say it to me in. it annoys me. because I feel awkward, and nothing i say in reply ever sounds correct.
