Not the keyboard, just the computer innards. When my keyboard gets too dirty I just buy a new one, since I never pay more than $20 on a keyboard.

I hope you mean compressed air, and not something like Pledge or Endust. If that's the case, then yes, you can use compressed air to clean your keypad and to clean out the inside of the computer case. More effective than just spraying the crud around inside your keyboard, though, is to turn it upside down and give it a couple of whacks and shakes. All those dusty particle thingies will come drifting out.
