My weight has been constant all of this year. If I were to keep eating the same amount, but exercise enough to lose 20 lb, and then stop exercising, but keep eating the same amount, would my weight go back up, or stay constant like it is now?

It's hard to tell. Depends on how resistant to weight loss you are, and how your metabolism works. Some people are able to maintain their weight without exercise, but some people aren't. -
