What do you do on a date if you are in a restaurant and your date starts being racially offensive out loud and everyone else starts looking (this happened to me)?

Then take her outside of the restruant, ask why the hell she did that, and if she doesn't care, kill her, or die yourself.... I mean... forget the last part...

I would try to keep my composure. Then say something like: "I misjudged you, you just said some things I find very offensive, and don't agree with. I think it's better to call this a night" If those "opinions" were really that offensive I'd ask for the check then leave immediately.

Tell them they are being a bit of a bigot and it's getting attention you don't care to have. Either that or go "to the bathroom" and don't forget your coat.

You ask this person to keep it down so as to not to offend others. If they don't comply, then you tell them that you are uncomfortable and you're going to leave.

I would ask her to tone it down because she is embarrassing me, and give her the option to go someplace else that might be more to her liking. If she clams up the nonsense, we go on to have a dinner, but if she persists then I would tell her that I prefer to leave, with or without her, and let her choose. Possible future meetings would be based upon her response, and would be carefully considered; I wouldn't predict a long-term relationship.

I would turn red in the face and try to explain how it's not funny or how I find it offensive. There's a good chance I would leave. At any rate, I wouldn't go out on a second date.
