  • Even with the pill and a condom you could be pregnant, but assuming you used even the condom right the chances you are could be slim. If you are saying your period is off, it could just be because your body is getting adjusted to the birth control still. I wouldn't worry too much, but you can always take a pregnancy test to verify.
  • If the condom burst, it is very likely that you are. if not, you are probably not so dont worry. You are however, very fertile the first couple of days after your period.
  • it only takes the pill 7 days to become active, and you have to use a condom until then. if you used the condom properly you are most probably not pregnant
  • I don't understand how you were having your period when you JUST started taking the pill. You don't get your period until after the 21st pill in the pack, where the "reminder" pills begin, and if you began taking the pill on the first day of your period then your period should have stopped (mine does, anyway). Regardless, if you started the pill on the first day of your period then you only need to use a backup method for the first week. The pill will protect you after that. Using condoms and the pill together is almost infallible. Don't worry, the odds are against you getting pregnant while using condoms and the pill.
  • Take a pregnancy test to find out rather than trying to find out if its possible. It will end the torture you are doing to yourself in your head (Am I or Am I not??). I would think it would be very unlikely that you are. Yet no birth control is ever 100% effective(except abstinence, which is not a realistic choice for many). Good Luck
  • Depending on the type of birth control you are on, it will take between 1 week (7 days) to 1 month to be fully effective. It is good that you are using a condom and if you used it correctly it is fairly unlikely that you are pregnant (but it is possible). I suggest you take a pregnancy test to find out for sure.
