What if after trying for 2 years to conceive doctors recommend wait for some more time for opting for any treatment ? patience level is going down. is there going to be any positive result?

A lot depends on your age. Kids won't leave the house for 19 years, minimum. If you are still in your twenties, it's not a big rush. You should get tested to make sure everything is all right, but fertility drugs, etc - probably aren't worth it unless the doc recommends it. Pregnancies get risker into the mid to late 30's, so if you are at that point in life, you might want to consider alternative therapies. That's just my opinion.
