Should Australia change its flag?

They are no longer dependant on england. So they should no longer have the Union Jack on it. It would be great to have the aporiginal colours somewhere there too. The aboriginal lifestyle and australian landscape and diversity is not shown in the australian flag. The southern cross is a great feature though, and represents the position of the country, geographically. Having said that, is wouldn't be easy to change the flag now, after so many years of "modern" rule.

I do think it needs be changed, it needs to incorporate the southern cross and the Aboriginal colors of red, yellow and black. We should also become a republic but that is a whole other conversation!

If Australia was to change its flag I think it needs to come up with a whole new flag not just incorporate all the other flags into it. Something that represents us as a whole nation unified.
