  • I think you mean MPEG-4 format which i-Tunes will play as long as it can find the "original file". You may need to locate it when the "can't locate" prompt asks you (likely that it's still on a stick or SD card). Try to copy the original file to a folder on your local drive like (My music). It's best to have i-Tunes make a copy (MP3 is Ok but the default for i-Tunes is AAC). I-Tunes does not play MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 format and MPEG-3 does not exist (no support after 1999).
