Just stay away from them. The more carbs you eat, the more you're going to crave. Eating more fat will also help keep you full longer, so you won't want to eat as much. Remember, not all carbs are bad. If you can eat carb-y foods (whole grains mainly) without gaining weight, then by all means do it! What kind of carb foods are you eating? You know that everything (except sugar and white flour) is allowed on the Atkins diet, right? You can even have rice and pasta as long as they don't make you gain weight. P.S. Congrats on the weight loss! I've been doing atkins for about 2 1/2 months and have had great success so far.

I wish you luck with your health! Ketosis would be a current risk. Some of the damage the Atkins diet causes shows up when you are old. Nutritionists consider it very unhealthy for the body as the diet leads to calcium leeching from bones, osteoporosis, and increased risk of colon cancer from a lack of fiber to name a few things. A healthy diet would be a much better choice. Again, good luck, and cross your fingers!
