Help answer this question below.
Attention Whore = Somebody who gets involved in AB drama, then threatens to leave because of it (without any actual intentions to) just to have other AB'ers feel sorry for them and beg them to stay.
There actually used to be an official Glossary that was integrated with the site... it was removed in v4.0.
My main contribution was:
Trollophobia: The unreasonable fear that the radical answer you're about to post will receive an instant vicious down-rating, when in fact nobody is even paying attention to your wild rantings.
Now we can add...
Enlinken: To provide a link in an answer or comment which illuminates the topic at hand.
COMMENT (kŏm'ĕnt):
Useful tool for expressing approval or disapproval of an answer given, while providing members an opportunity to voice their opinion regarding the subject at hand.
(Corollary): However, such usefulness will be lost approximately by the fourth or fifth entry, when the thread will then develop into a somewhat personal conversation filled with inside-jokes and obscure references which add nothing of value to the original subject.
Pointstitute - Someone who will answer a question with sole intention of maximising their points...
ABdrama: (A B dra"ma)
See (Melodrama)Mel`o*dra"ma
Sentimental drama marked by extravagant theatricality, subordination of character development to plot, and focus on sensational incidents. It usually has an improbable plot that features such stock characters as the noble hero, the long-suffering heroine, and the hard-hearted villain, and it ends with virtue triumphing over vice.
(Definition courtesy of Britannica.com)
You can fill the given character slots with your own personal choices. : )
Superlative Bagger:
A superlative answerbagger is one who has consistently provided useful information on the site, maintained a high standard of respectful behavior toward other users and can be counted on to come to the aid of anyone who is unfairly victimized.
I did not write this definition. LynfromNM wrote it.

"This or That",..............A Category foisted apon the Bag to encompass inane three word questions and requiring one word answers. This is much to the detriment of Answerbag.

NOTE: MG1942 is the leader of this unholy alliance, and due to his rampant depravity and warped sense of humor, should not be interacted with under any circumstances.
Be on the lookout for his Yenta partner in crime. She's a shady character as well, and should be considered naked and dangerous.:)
AKGO: All knowing God/dess of
Positroll - picking a user and giving them positive ratings until you've maxed out on that user for the week.

.

Troll or Trolling ;In Internet terminology, a troll is someone who intentionally posts derogatory or otherwise inflammatory messages about sensitive topics in an established online community such as an online discussion forum to bait users into responding.[1] They may also plant images and data on networks that others may find disturbing (usually indirectly relating to the individual in person) in order to cause confrontation. -wikipedia
Trolls often open accounts to defame the credibility of AB users as well, though the damage they inflict is rather minimal and a complete waste of time, they often perform this activity to annoy other members.

De-friend: to remove someone from your list of friends.
I was reading the recent blog about adding fiends and I have AB-Joel to thank for this term.
Blog: http://www.answerbag.com/blog, comment 77
"Carm: if you de-friend someone, you will silently fall out of their friends list, and they won't see your Q&A in their Friends Q&A list anymore.
Bryinlanza: I understand what you're saying about it not being offensive to you, but here on AB we have to take into account the sensibilities of all of our members, and that sort of thing is very likely to draw heated complaints from some of them, so we decided to take it down. In the US, most photographs of a breast are considered "pornography" (you have to be a certain age to buy magazines with them, for instance), so we're actually legally obligated to remove them. Sorry about that. ;)"
omg--oh my god/gosh, lol--laugh out loud
Should AB have a spell checker like Yahoo Answers?
