A few weeks ago I had a night terror. Now, I don't sleep well because of the fear that it is going to happen again. Every little sound or movement scares me. I scream and start shaking when my BF rolls over in bed at night. How can i stop this?

No, just kidding sry, I cant resist a low shot =/ Honestly you had a good scare, it's time to talk about it and confront the issue before it becomes a total phobia that can threaten you health. Talk to some one you like and trust explain the dream and why it made you scared. Then try to confront the issue, if you can't try seeking professional help via therapy. -
