On the contrary, If few people can themselves present equally, equal differring opinions, then we MUST have conflict, in order to see the broader and complete picture of a situation or scenario. Individually we fail, but together we can build a better understanding. Of course, it is the collectives that start and maintain prejedice, so its Win-Lose. I guess thats just people.
