If you are eating a balance diet and drinking plenty of water, you should be moving things on a daily basis. I suggest the physician, because my mom put off seeing a doctor with similar symptoms which later turned out to be colon cancer. I'm not trying to scare you but you really should get this checked out.
  • You could actually have irritable bowel syndrome, and in some cases adding MORE fiber to your diet can further complicate the condition. Like the other poster said, go see your doctor.

  • Ouch you may have IBS, go see a doctor. symptoms: Some people may have lower abdominal pain with constipation that is sometimes followed by diarrhea. Other people have pain and mild constipation but no diarrhea.   • Some fruit with your increased fiber and more water. You might want to look into a 7 day detox where you eliminate anything processed. One wonders if you are on any medications or if there is some stress in your life.
