I dont really have an opinion on that. I think it's up to the invidual. If someone wants to change how they look, fine by me! It aint my body.

Most of those are done for specific and not a vanity reason. A person I love very much in my family had to go through that procedure, and thankfully everything turned out OK.

I feel happy for any woman that wants to take a load off her back because mammoth mammaries have been known to cause a lot of back trouble for women who have to tote megabreasts around all day.

I have no problem with it, I may not be the average guy but big giant boobs don't do it for me. I like firm little perky's!
