  • The year you entered is most likely for the age verification of the user. Therefore, Hotmail thinks you were born in 1995 and not the company. It is asking for a credit card number because you would normally have to be an adult to have a valid card. You have 3 choices: 1) You can try contacting the Hotmail administrator (didn't work for me) 2) Enter a valid credit card number to verify your age (I wouldn't do it myself, though. I don't like to enter my card number on the net), or 3) Make a new account and make sure you enter your birth date correctly. (This is what I had to do)
  • hotmail should never ask for personal things like credit card details. i sugest you contact them... or try logging in from a new computer. or you can click on the lost passowrd button and find your "seceret question" or get it emailed to your other email address. if this does nto work then just make a new account
  • As a business owner, I would highly suggest that you NOT use hotmail as your email address. I would look into getting a domain name set up for your business. It looks more professional. A lot of companies may assume that emails that get sent from your Hotmail account could be spam and not get read.
