I am an American and my fiance is Korean. We want to get married and live in Korea, but have our marriage legal in both countries. What do we need to do this?

It's all good like he said you have to get the same things to get a marriage license in the us as in korea so youll be legal in both the us and korea problem after that is getting her to the us or u staying in korea thats my problem

The American rule is as follows: A marriage that is valid where celebrated is valid everywhere.The general exceptions to this rule are: (1)If the jurisdiction where the marriage is contested has a rule which expressly voids the marriage or(2) if the marriage is against "natural law", e.g., marriage between very closely kin persons.
I do not know the Korean rule but one might find such in Martindale -Hubbell.
(To answer question fully, it would be necessary to know more, including where the marriage will take place.)
