Isaiah 46:10 I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.

I am not too sure about the OT and the NT but the LT (Last Testament) more commonly known amongst its followers as the Holy Qur’an (HQ) uses the terms Powerful and Knowing as attributes of Allah or The God. It is describing the same God of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus and the universe. Here are some quotes with capitalisation added. HQ 16:70 It is Allah who creates you and takes your souls at death; and of you there are some who are sent back to a feeble age, so that they know nothing after having known (much): for Allah is ALL-KNOWING, ALL-POWERFUL. HQ 25:54 It is He Who has created man from water: then has He established relationships of lineage and marriage: for thy Lord has POWER (OVER ALL THINGS). HQ 2:115. Unto Allah belong the East and the West, and whither- soever ye turn, there is Allah's countenance. Lo! Allah is All Embracing, ALL KNOWING. HQ 34:26. Say: Our Lord will bring us all together, then He will judge between us with truth. He is the ALL KNOWING Judge.

Re 19:6 ...Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. (KJV) Mt 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. This verse says ALL power is given to Jesus who is God The Son! 1Jo 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. This verse says that God knows ALL THINGS - That sounds like Omniscience to me.

I am looking for this verse as well... I actually bought used New Oxford annotated version of Bible today to find it.. Thought it was: God is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient which I think pretty much covers that God is in everything and everything is in God..I know an interpretation in my view. Soooo many views and taking scriptures out of context to serve the one wanting to make a point of one kind or another. Did find in the Index to Annotations: Omnipotence of God, Sirach, 42. 15-25 Omniscience of God, Sirach 42.15-25 This book Sirach's full title is: Ecclesiasticus, or the Wisdom of Jesus the son of Sirach last half of 18 verse paraphrases in this edition, does not use the omni words "For the Most High knows all that may be known, and he looks into the signs of the age." 19 "He declares what has been seen and what is to be, and he reveals the tracks of hidden things." 20 "No thought escapes him, and not one word is hidden from him." 21 "He has ordained the splendors of his wisdom, and he is from everlasting and to everlasting. Nothing can be added or taken away, and he needs no one to be his counselor." 22 "How greatly to be desired are all his works, and how sparkling they are to see!" 23 "All these things live and remain for ever for every need, and are all obedient." 24 "All things are twofold, on opposite the other, and he has made nothing incomplete." 25 "One confirms the good things of the other, and who can have enough of beholding his glory?"

Read carefully “Dr. Tso” Omnipotent: Take, for example, 2 Corinthians 6:18. "kai esomai umin ei patera, kai umei esesqe moi ei uiou kai qugatera, legei kurio pantokratwr". Tranlates "And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty". Pay attention to the last two words: kurio: the one who all things belong, owner, master. pantokratwr: hold sway over all things, the ruler of all sway: [trans.] control, influence, power. Or, would it have been easier if you just looked it up in a dictionary? mighty: [adjective.] possessing great and impressive power and strength ... Now: omni: latin for “all” potent: latin for “power” Just put the two together: omnipotent = “all power” = “all” mighty = Almighty If this is not clear enough for you, pray for wisdom, better yet plead for common sense. In case you think this only verse from the Bible backs up a whole theology. Genesis 17:1, 28:3, 35:11, 43:14, 48:3, 49:25 Exodus 3:6 Numbers 24:4, 24:16 Ruth 1:20, 1:21 Job 5:17, 6:4, 6:14, 8:3, 8:5, 11:7, 13:3, 15:25, 21:15, 21:20, 22:3, 22:17, 22:23, 22:25, 22:26, ... Psalms 68:14, 91:1 Isaiah 13:6 Ezekiel 1:24, 10:5 Joel 1:15 Revelation 1:8, 11:17, 19:15, 21:22

Revelation 19:6 says that God is "omnipotent". Matthew 28:18 says that God gave "all power" unto Christ, His Son. Matthew 19:26 says "with God all things are possible" God is all knowing. Read 1 Samuel 2:3, Matthew 6:8, Psalm 139:1-4, and Hebrews 4:13 Those are just a few verses. Let me know if you still have questions or need more verses.
