What have you broken in a fit of anger? Did you regret it?

I threw a little tantrum one day and smashed my violin on the ground into pieces. Nobody was around so I didn't direct the anger towards anyone but I did regret this as I wanted to start learning how to play.

I shattered this beautiful picture frame that a close family member gave us for our wedding. ( I had just gotten DNA results showing that my husband had fathered a kid with his ex wife AFTER we were together and AFTER our son was born) I have never seen another one like it so I very much regret it :(

i put my hand through my walls on a regular basis unfortunately. and i broke one of the doors off of my antique armior :C

I have broken a lot of video game controllers out of frustration. Of course I regretted it, those things aren't cheap.
