I have a 66 chevy pickup with an 86 350 block stroked to a 383. in the mornings the truck will start fine on my way to work. When i get to work the truck wont start after I shut it off until about 30 minutes later. The battery is fine, I have a new starte

It's probably the starter wire is getting hot from the headers. The hotter a wire gets, the more resistance it has. You can try hooking up the ignition switch to a relay and then run a larger gauge wire to the starter, or try insulating the wire. -
