Sometimes I do not have anything to add to the question but I think it is a good question. At these times I just "plus" it.
-
I have given a question points before that I thought was a good question but did not have an answer myself for it. I also give points to a question and sit there and think about my answer for a while before I actually put one.

I plus it when I wish I had thought of asking it first.

I plus a question when I think it's a good question, and someone already answered the way I would have. Then I plus both.

I give pluses when answers are well written, well thought out and make a point, whether or not I agree with the answer. But I won't repeat the answers of other people. If someone has already written what I want to say i will not answer the question again. I'll give points but not answer. Whenever I give negative points I will always tell why. But I find myself downrating almost no answers lately.
