Does my childs father have any parental rights when he has never acknowleged her as his child, legally or financially. We were not married at the time of her birth 7 years ago. I live in the state of Wisconsin

Unfortunately there do exist lawyers that fight for father's rights, whether he has been there or not, he has rights... If he is acknowleged that he is indeed the father, and he is working he will beresponsible for the child support he never gave his child...If and when he is found, will have the right to see this child and support her, although thats an abligation. But you should check with ur state... -
