I would give it another try. Im one of those girls who gives those excuses just because im a flake at times but I would give up after the third time. Now if she tells you im busy call me back in the winter then you know you need to hit the road jack and don’t you call back no more no more.

I often give excuses for not going out with someone, but most times it isn't because I don't want to meet them or hang out with them... It's more because I'm nervous and scared to start the whole potential "road to a relationship" all over again. If I am truly interested and a guy is persistent enough, I'll stop making excuses eventually. If the excuses never stop, I'm just not interested, but don't have the heart to just straight out say it... That's just me.
