  • That's really hard to say, and kind of irrelevant. Your height, weight, and frame size are predetermined by your genetic makeup. What's "average" or "normal" for someone else, isn't average or normal for you. If you're shorter than the other boys in your class, then it's pretty safe to say that you're shorter than "average". If you're taller than the other boys, then you're taller than average.
  • There's not an average, because of puberty. It depends on when he (I'm speaking in 3rd person, to avoid confusion) started his first growth spurt. (It's the reason why some boys in jr.high/middle school can look old enough to drive a car, while others still look like a child when they graduate high school.) But that URL himanshu offered should help. And...most of the boys I knew in school didn't start looking teenage until they were around 15. That doesn't count the 12-yr-old with a mustache, or the 14-yr-old who looked like a college student.
