Well outside of my self I am sure not too many of you will find this interesting but I once saw a question here asking the meaning of your name so I looked it up and it was interesting to say the least. My first name is Louis which I found out is French or old German for Noble or brave warrior. My middle name is Michael which is Hebrew for he who is like God.

The only thing which I find at all interesting in my last name is that the translation is “Peaceful Victory.” It seems that someone in the family brought about some sort of accord that saved the peace and was at the same time viewed as a victory. I guess that is when the ancient thirteenth century family crest was bestowed.
