  • Same problem. No solution. If you can, get someone else to wake you up. If not, thennnnn...I'm fresh out of ideas.
  • Dang... Your not the only one!! I have this problem all the time. Do you set your alarm clock across the room so you have to wake up and walk to turn it off? (that might work) Get in bed sooner... :/ (this is very difficult for me) On aol.com .... just a couple of minutes ago they were showing an alarm clock that flies across the room... HMM... And like snayles said..get someone to wake you up... Sorry!
  • Are all the three alarms set at the same time? If yes then space them out so that you get irritated when you get interrupts three times one after the other... Another suggestion would be to place the alarms far away from your bed(maybe one in the bathroom) so that you have to get up and reach there to switch them off...
  • Maybe you should get some sleep :P
  • Make sure you turn your blinds so that sunlight streams in in the morning. Sunlight helps to wake you up.
  • here's a couple of idea's you could try.go to bed earlier, try and have a couple of really good nights sleep a week.get someone to ring you in the morning to get you up or meet them for breakfast so you have to get up to meet them.you could get a dog mine always get me up, even at weekends they need feeding and walking first thing, a good walk in the morning might help you get up and about.good luck
  • The one thing that always worked for me was to keep the alarm clock on the other side of the room .that way i had to actually get out of bed to turn it off.the whole trick of the sleep thing is that it works in 90 minute cycles. after falling asleep you go to the deepest state 45 minutes later and the 90 minute stage you are in a very light sleep .i ve actually noticed that at the deeper sleep cycles i can sleep through a thunder storm, wheras at the lighter stages of sleep i ve been woken up by an ant that was biting at the light fixture in the room. if you can,try to time it so that the ammount of sleep that you get is a multiple of 90 minutes .seven and a half hours of sleep being better than eight hours.
