My son wear a rigid steel boned orthopaedic corset from on his buttocks to underarm. It should be worn 23 hours a day and kept fastened very tight. He will not comply to the tightnes and loosens it. Anyone got any ideas or suggested device to stop him.

As for a device, I don't think anything will work short of padlocks or 4 point restraint. Do you know why it bothers him? You should consult with the folks that gave him the corset and see if they can help. It's hard to keep any teenager consistant with something like that. My son was very resistant to wearing his head gear at night when he had braces. After finally getting into his head what the consequences would be (the less he wore the gear the more years he would spend wearing braces) he complied but it was a battle. -
