Baed on past experiences, the odds of you requiring an attorney, is about 90%. keep your records of events. you will need them for court or if your case is settled. facts of your case need to be in writing. some small forgotten event, could be the difference in a good settlement compared to a great settlement.

I would highly reccomend getting a lawyer. He can explain your rights such as mileage to and from the doctor any out of packet expenses and your rights to a second opion

get an attorney! Workers Comp. cases can be pretty tough and it will require an attorney.

Get a lawyer! But make sure that they are experienced in worker's comp cases. An inexperienced lawyer is just as bad as having no lawyer at all!
