You're normal. There is a lot of research which indicates that women rarely orgasm from vaginal/penile penetration.
Anecdotally, as a therapist, I have to tell you a secret: most women fake it so as to a) get it over with faster or b)make their partner feel manly. Male ego is connected to the penis..and all that sort of thing!

Also, for some women the clit is sooo sensitive that she cannot tolerate much stimulation. For many women a deep finger penetration with the partner making a beckoning motion from back of the vaginal wall to the front, seeking out the g-spot, will do it!

I had a girl like you. The way we would solve the problem, I would be kind of beside her you know she would have one leg up and I would play with her clit while we were having sex, or same position but I would use a vibrator on her clit while h aving sex, it always worked for us so give it a try.
