    Of course I have. I use a small batch of celebration videos (actually, about three), and a few other "party videos" for congratulatory questions, and a similar list of birthday videos for those questions.

    AND, I've found numerous times that I've posted other types of videos to similar and dissimilar questions, either seriously or as a joke. ;-)
