Nothing but the imagination of the believer. The only difference between one person who claims to be a "True Christian" and another person who claims to be a "True Christian" is their perspectives.

True, biblical, Christianity is based on a personal relationship with God, through Jesus Christ. Organized religion is normally based on relationships with other people, through a Pastor or "church" denomination or building, membership.
