I actually discovered I could do it a few weeks ago..Through clitoral stimulation..I always thought I was going to wet myself, so always held back..
then one day I just totally relaxed and it happened..
It certainly takes practise to be able to totally relax all you muscles at the height of such stimulation but when you, do it really does squirt..

Yes - all women have the "plumbing" (physiological) for it. But not all women can acheive that level of arousal to "activate" it. Additionally, most women can not or stop themselves from doing so out of fear or shame or embarrassment.

It's real, but not as a huge squirt they show in adult movies. I squirt rarely, when my my g-spot is fingered, and it often happens without my realising it. It's just about a spoon or two, which more or less trickles out. My man (when I had a man) loved to see it happen, rare as it was.

I would assume all women have the capability. Now...that doesn't mean all women can do it. I have to be really comfortable with someone, for some reason, to allow it to happen, but it does. It is very real. The reason a lot of women have not been able to do it is because when it is going to happen, it feels like you have to urinate. It takes time for some women to get relaxed enough and they need a partner to help them get there. My partner was patient and he massaged all the right spots... with a pillow under my butt. A man has to be willing to find the right spots BUT the woman must give herself permission to relax enough and learn how to actually let go and let it flow!
