Is it true that some she-males (Hermaphrodites) can have both male and female genitalia? Does only one set of genitalia work properly in such a case?

Moxie vega was correct in her answer. However, let me provide an example:

I'm rather embarassed to admit that I stumbled upon hermaphrodite pornography in my travels. It was extremely interesting to see how it worked. One scene I remember involved two 'women'. One was a normal woman, the other was a hermaphrodite. The most bizarre thing about the hermaphrodite woman is that she looked normal, like a regular woman that would walk down the street. She was even quite striking in terms of looks. However, her vagina was somewhat stunted, and at the top of it was a small penis. The penis appears to have been a 'replacement' of the clitoris. There was no urethra on the vagina, but there was an opening. The penis had a functioning urethra.

Normally, a hermaphrodite will NOT have functioning reproductive capabilities. That said, it is usually unlikely for a penis to become fully erect, and it is impossible for a 'female' hermaphrodite to conceive a child.

However in this video, the hermaphrodite appeared to have a semi-functioning penis. She was able to get a steady but slightly soft erection, and appeared to be greatly enjoying the oral stimulation. The scene closed off like any pornography, a back and forth of oral stimulation on the genitals, and then the hermaphrodite proceeded to penetrate the woman. The most remarkable thing about the scene was the fact that not only was the hermaphrodite able to keep a strong enough erection for penetration, 'she' was also able to ejaculate. However, 'she' did not ejaculate semen. Instead, she ejaculated a clear, gooey substance that appeared to be very sticky.

That said, it appears that 'she' was able to feel stimulation on both her vagina and her penis. The penis seems to have taken precedence over the vagina. While the combined penis/vagina genital wasn't compeltely disgusting to look at, it was obvious that it was a defect.

So in overall answer to the question, human hermaphrodites are rare, and are cases of extreme deformity. In all cases, the genitals do NOT function in terms of reproduction, but expulsion of waste is achieved through either the penis or vagina, whichever part has a functioning urethra.

(hermaphrodite or pseudohermaphrodite) I was born with both "Parts" at 5 they somewhat closed my female part and when i was 13 wanted to be a female. At 17 i fathered a son and daughter, at 20 i started to change into a women (WithOut) hormones. At 27 had a miscarriage and. At 29 i started hormones , but i was already fully developed women, anyway since my female parts was closed i have produced a "Fisher" in my rectum and my female stuff cums out my rectum. I AM A HERMAPHRODITE ! / A "pseudohermaphrodite" is a person with an interGendered issue. (she-males, Ladyboys, TranSexuals) are Transgender Male to Female, who have taken hormones and Soully relies on hormones and surgery to become women.
anyway i cum, bleed (once a month), give birth out my rectum, and have male sex parts that work.

Hermaphrodite - An animal or human having both male and female reproductive organs. Seeing a hermaphrodite is a confusing thing. It is a combination of non-functional parts. There is usually something that looks like a small penis sticking out of a vulva, where the clitoris would be. But in some cases you can not tell what is what. Hermaphrodites are sterile and they can have plastic surgery to make their genitals look better but they are not functional. A reconstructed penis will not be able to get an erection
