  • That's exactly how you copy pokemon in the 3rd generation, but it may unlikley work now that the company fixed-up the bug that they found in the 2nd generation of Pokemon.
  • u can use the cheat clone in emerald but not in ruby
  • I don't think you can clone in ruby but i know you can in Emerald.
  • yes there is, but you have to beat the elite 4 first. after that you go to the Battle Frontier and then to the Battle Tower you go to the PC(make sure the pokemon you wish to clone is in your party), deposit the desired pokemon into an empty box, exit the Pc, save , then you take the pokemon to be cloned and go to the lady closest to you(Link Multi Battle) make an open level challenge, and put in two pokemon that are NOT THE POKEMON YOU WANT TO CLONE then when she says she has to save, say yes. There is usually a pause of about two seconds and only AFTER the pause do you reset the game. after you get back into the game, you will have the pokemon in your party and in the box. enjoy!

  • Yes, in fact there is a clone cheat, but I may strictly stress: IT ISN'T A CHEAT! :] It's in fact a glitch in the pokemon thing, so anyways, I am certain this works, because I in fact have done it many times, and now have about five rayquaza's. ^_^;; Okay here's the steps: 1} You MUST beat the E4 or it will not work! 2} You have to go to the battle tower. 3} when you get there, you have to listen carefully because I didn't and got frustrated because I got nothing out of it, so LISTEN UP!: Go to the computer make sure that "Box 2" is completely empty, and have your party full. 4} Empty all but one pokemon in your party into box 2 and save the game, then turn it off. 5} Turn it on and go back to box 2, and empty the whole box two into your party. 6} Tricky part: Go to the lady nearest of the PC and talk to her, ask to OPEN LEVEL, and select two pokemon you wish NOT to copy, while she is saving, turn it off, and PRESTO! :] Check your box two and you'll see a copy of your pokemon. AND EVEN BETTER, make the pokemon hold a rare candy, and you can copy as many as you like, and WAH-LAH! Hope I helped. ^_^;
  • i don't know to others but mine works by doing this! 1. beat the elite four(pokemon leauge) to access SURELY the battle frontier. 2. go to battle tower and turn on the pc, empty the box9 and put the pokemon/s you want to clone(much effective when they hold items[such as masterball if you want]). 3. save the game and turn off your gameboy. 4. turn on your gameboy again and get your pokemon/s in the box9 to your party. 5. talk to the lady to the left of the pc. pick open level and pick any 3 pokemons. 6. when the game is saving, quickly press a,b,r,l(for gameboy sp) or a.b.start,select(for gameboy micro) to restart the game and POOF! you have the pokemon you want to clone in your party and in box9, if they have items holded, it will have doubled surely. more effective when they hold MASTERBALL so you will have plenty of masterballs. hope it helps!!!
