  • meditation is a good way to relieve stress. i like yoga. i get a workout and meditation in one neat package. there are no pre-requisites for yoga. you don't have to be strong or flexible or fit but you will become more of each of them by doing it. find a studio or some classes at the ymca or something and try a few different teachers to see who's style is a good fit for you.

  • What I like to do: Just before bedtime, I get in a hot bubble bath, with the light off and a couple of candles lit on the tub, and very low, soft music playing in the back ground, I relax and breath deeply, clear my mind, don't think or worry about anything, I even take time to pray. By the time I get out my whole body is so relaxed I get right into bed and sleep for at least 5 or 6 hours straight, if I take a hot shower instead, I'm lucky to get 2 hours straight.
