  • As with any young animal (including humans) it takes time! Just keep picking her up when she is going to pee and place her in the catbox, she will understand eventually
  • Good question, I am having the same problem. I have to close off my daughters bedroom where she first learned to use the rug as a litter box. Now I have the litter box in the bathroom and instead of using the litter box she goes int he bathtub and avoids the litter box unless I catch her at the right time and place her in it. Does anyone have any answers?
  • When I first adopted my cats, the first place that we let them out of their kitty carrier was directly in front of the litter box. We never really have oo many problems
  • try having an extra box, also in a kinda secluded area, they dont like going were every one watches, but put her in the box after eating, before eating, when she wakes up, when she wants to play, even when she purrs they pick it up, until you have more issues like mine :( I have 3 six month old kittens, two are really good but the smallest one pees on my bed! I have to shut my bedroom door all the time and even bought new bedding and when I started to trust her, and thought she had forgotten, she did it again! She uses the box but will use plastic bags if there is one lying around, I never catch her in time either. Please help!
