I adore the rain. I live in Los Angeles and it is normally polluted and I get used to it, but I LOVE it when the air is fresh and cold. I also like the slight breeze when I'm outside and I like it when I'm inside and I hear the rain beat upon the top of the house and the thunder and lightening when I'm safe!

It's the best way to wake up in the morning especially if I don't have to go anywhere and just lay there and enjoy the sound..very peaceful.

I have ALWAYS loved thunder and rain. But, unfortunately, my crippled up body doesn't like the rain like I do. And, even tho' I love thunder, my lil buddy, (my dog), is scared to death of it, and hides under my recliner or desk until it stops. She shakes uncontrollably every time we have a thunderstorm.

I love the rain. I was out West for 2 weeks last month and saw many forest fires. I could not believe how dry Colorado looked when I flew over it. On the last day I was out there, it really rained hard in Salt Lake City. I loved the smell of that rain and the sound that it made on the car.

I LOVE THE RAIN!!! I live in Oregon... And it rains a lot... I'm a runner and my favorite time to run is when it's raining... I love listening to the rain as well... I wish I had rain right now... because it's freakin' HOT!!!

Yeah the rain is great. Unless I was planning on being outside for the day or something. But yeah, I even go to sleep sometimes to the sound of rain from my little sound machine thingy.

My perfect day is not when its sunny out. Its when its rainy out, very cloudy and steady medium to heavy rain with a nice cool breeze. If it rained all day, I would be out on the porche all day.

i like the rain when i don't have to go to work or leave my house. if i have to do something it can be a major pain. if i can stay home i love it...looking out the window and listening to the gentle pitter-patter.

I do it is so refreshing and cleansing, I particularly love the smell it creates in the forest...dont know why but I find it very comforting :o)
