  • maybe it is a ploy to ruin microsofts credibility or to shift people to use linux!? :D
  • I'm sure they had quite enough warning, but perhaps they didn't care. Think about it; most people who use windows are still using the OLDER versions of windows. So if something isn't vista compatible, only a small number of users are going to be affected. I'm guessing that the loss of that small number of subscribers is less costly than rewriting everything to be vista compatible.
