When I feel like that it's usually my PMDD acting up. I try my hardest to remember that, and then depending on the day, I either eat something sweet, or go for a run.

I just sit it out and ''breathe'' (or seethe), it's usually better for me to be alone when I'm like that because otherwise I make other people miserable and pick arguments to try and channel my frustration onto somebody else (which doesn't work, it just means I have two arguments instead of one). Though I did have one moment a few months ago where I lost my temper and wrecked my desk (it was the desk or my brother!)...not something I'm overly keen to repeat, anger can be rather expensive!

I like to go for a drive through open country roads. Or walk through the rain. Or maybe go fishing in the river behind my house. Just something to get my mind off of the petty social problems I too often get absorbed in, and just really focus on what's real in this world: Nature, in its purest form.

I take a bath, masturbate, or try to fall asleep. These make me forget about whatever I was upset about, and they work every time.

I like to get into the shower and cry the frustration out and come out refreshed and calm.

I like to get distance from the object of anger. Sometimes, a walk. Sometimes my Ultra PMS tabs from GNC do the trick.

I go to the gym. It helps relieve frustration in amazing ways, and it's super good for you.

i know people are probably going to down rate me for this but i dont care i will answer truthfully i like to smoke a fatty when i get angry and it calms me down nicely

I just go and play some sport like basketball or workout, mountain biking is the best for me. and then i'm at peace with the world.

Play some Halo 2 online. Or have a wank.

I do sprints around the track at my gym. Or I head straight over to the punching bag.

I think about it and pretend im complaining to my friends. Or I sit in my room and stare at the ceiling for about a minute.

I find loud music calming. It helps block everything out. I like being alone with either my mp3 player on full blast or my music stereo full blast. A walk helps me aswell. Because it clears my head and calms me down.

If you angry and need to explode, explode away. Letting out anger is healthy. Just don't do anything you can go to jail for. Unless you know how to clean a crime scene.
