It is a cold sore. It's a form of herpes. Not like the STD. Everyone gets them, but you can get Abreva to make it go away and Carmex to relieve the pain.

unfortunately, this sounds like a cold sore.same as herpes, btw. there are many over the counter remedies that ive heard of, but i cannot vouch for any product, as i have never been cursed with a cold sore, thank heavens.of course, i could be wrong, im not a doctor by any means. what does it look like? what does it feel like?
