Why not? Love is love regardless of age.. BUT! There is a maturity difference..the "have you seen the world and dated plenty of people" factor.. all of that..hopefully they have really thought about what they are doing.

IT WAS a great breaking news in our country when the paper reported that a beautiful 27 years old female fresh graduate married a 87 years old professor but as time goes by, people start giving good wishes to this couple. In the case you mentioned, the age gap isn't that huge so what's the problem?

I think that if there is true LOVE there, it can be a successful relationship. However, it is a large age gap and as the she gets older, you may find that life is not as exciting as it could be...

That's not the criteria I would use to determine the outcome of the union. If the genders were reversed, nobody would think twice about it. I'd look at maturity, compatibility, expectations in life, etc. and not worry about something as silly as a number. Enjoy!

As long as they are both over 18 who cares. It is their business and we should wish them all the best. It is hard enough to find happiness without all these rules people seem to think we need to follow.

The same I would think of a 46 y/o man marrying a 23 y/o woman. If they are inlove and there is no ulterior motive behind the relationship then I see absolutely nothing wrong with it. They are both legal consenting adults and those who have a problem with it unless they have a very good reason for their problem should mind their own damned business.

Nothings wrong but do look at your future. Is she healthy. Will you be 50 and she 70 and in a wheel chair. Will she be able to keep up. I was in this situation and the answer was no to these questions so I decided to end it.
