  • Well, i have to ask this question. in the beginning, why did you plead guilty to this crime? if you were innocent, what compelled you to make this choice? changing your plea, is not going to be an easy task. first, you definitely need an attorney. if you are incarcarated, your attorney will have to do the leg-work for you. second, you are going to need proof, other than your words, to reverse a guilty plea. proof that you were somewhere else, with someone else or witnesses that can testify of any fact, in your behalf. what proof, other than your confession, did the state of texas present, that proved your guilt? did you originally challenge or except this evidence? like i said, there is a lot of legal work to be done, just to get your case back into court. if you are indeed not guilty, i hope you have learned a lesson.
