  • One of three reasons: 1.) The person who built the web page has made a programming error in his (or her) Java Script. There is nothing that you can do about this but wait until they fix the page. 2.) Your brower is obsolete and doesn't support the latest features of HTML or Java Script. Upgrade your browser. 3.) The person who built the web page may be trying to exploit a vulnurability in Internet Exploder by deliberately putting an error in his Java Script to sneak a virus or spyware through--while your machine is "hung," the virus is busy hooking itself into your registry. If you got that error message on a porn site, then it is a safe bet that this is the case. If you got that message on Answerbag, then you just need to upgrade your browser :-)
  • I get the error on answerbag and I'm using the IE7 can you explain that?
  • I noticed the page loads with errors and if you click on the yellow page error icon in the taskbar in the lower left bottom of your browser where you can see the error a window will pop up showing where the page error is. The line number and so on. The actual error is on line 329 character 6 and the error is Object Doesn't support this property or method its a page coding error not a browser issue, yup answerbag is NOT perfect as you say. The webmaster must fix this error, only fix!
  • Also be sure you have the latest Java upgrades. http://www.java.com/en/
  • every webpage that i am on says the same thing. i have no idea on how to fix it.
