I don't know conclusively, but maybe you should get checked for having low blood pressure? That would explain it, I think. I'm no doctor, though.

Yes. Stress, worry, rushing around, ect. can make your head spin, so to speak, but you should still get it checked out by a doctor.
-
Might be an ear infection. That can effect your equilibrium.

I am a huge rush around worry wort. I give myself much uneeded anxiety. When you are this type of person it really affects your adrenal glands. Your adrenal glands are what produce cortisol and adrenaline. when these are over worked the adrenals start to burn out. Causing something called adrenal fatigue. Doctors are just now starting to see this in people, but most still don't know what it is. I searched for 10 years to find the answer. There is a book on the subject now. and you can treat this naturally with supplements from a natural health store. The only info i got when i started having dizziness all the time was that i had low blood pressure. this is a symptom of adrenal fatigue. And i'm sure you are worried about having some severe health problem which only makes it worse. I even had my heart checked twice. hopefully this helps, word of advise check into this yourself you can treat yourself. i am living dizzy free!!!

There's a possibility that you could have Vertigo - the symptom is dizziness. Stress and worry can do a lot of unhealthy things to the body as well.

I have exactly the same thing for the past 7 years which has turned me into a bag of anxiety. Been for ct scan MRI scan and checks on heart ears etc and all fine. Its a nitemare to live with this condition and I would give anything to get rid of it. I sometimes get a sense that the ground is moving or tremoring under me almost like when your in a building and a heavy truck drives by. Other times I get a sense of weightlesness similiar to the feeling you get when an elevator drops. I do have a bit of a nervous disposition wherby I tend to tense my head up when I get excited about something. Have done so since I was a kid and am wondering if this could of caused it. Any input would be great as I have this since September 2001 and would give my right arm to get my life back as this is unberable at times. Sorry for the moan. Would just love some advice. Cheers guys

Laura, what is that book called? What do you do to treat yourself?

hi! i don't know anything about you, age, gender, race, weight, past health problems of your own and family ... ear infection is usually one of the more common reasons. stress is another. blood pressure changes can be another. visit your GP. if nothing shows up, i'd be tempted to see an ear, nose, and throat doc. if things still don't improve, maybe a neurologist ... good luck!!!

You need a very good inner-ear specialist for starters. My mom had this problem (maybe not your identical problem but she did get the dizzines cured). Dizziness is never normal and something is out of whack, so please get checked.
-
So many things can cause dizziness. It could be as simple as low blood sugar, or as complicated as something neurological. See the doc.

You're asking untrained strangers who don't have access to your medical history. Why? Just go to the doctor. OR the emergency room. Stop guessing.
